Chest Raise Superman

While lying on a mat face down, tighten your core and lift your chest off the mat and hold for a second or two. Pull your elbows back and squeeze tension in your shoulder blades.
Helpful tips and Tricks
Pull your elbows towards your back first then towards your butt as you lift the chest. Keep your neck neutral not causing extra tension or motion.
