Chest Press To Alternating Lockout

Similar to a standard chest press on the ball- this variation you will keep one dumbbell locked out while pressing the other down and up. Alternate to the other dumbbell. Keep stability on the swiss ball.

Don't go over 40lbs if you don't have a newer burst proof swiss ball. for your safety.
