Chest Press Incline

Grab 2 matching dumbbells while lying on an incline bench (30-45 degrees). From just above your shoulders press the weights straight up while breathing out. Return to the starting position and repeat. Keep your feet flat on the ground and avoid excessive arching of your lower back.
