Chest Fly With Dumb Bells

In the beginning of this video, you will see me get set, and then actually do a chest press. We want to actually do a fly here. So, with the arms straight (with slight bend in elbows, but, no rotation from the elbows), you will open your arms to the side and bring them back as if you are hugging a big beach ball. Your palms will face each other.
