Chest Crossover

Directions
Using the single handle attachments, set the cables at the chest height, and grasp both handles. Take a step forward into a staggered stance, and keep a bend in the elbows. Bring your arms across your chest, with the shoulders being the only thing that changes in position. After uncrossing, and repeat the move alternating which arms crosses over top the other.
