from Jodi Scott Trevizo

This is a take on part of the old Charleston dance. From standing, take a small step with the left leg and do a front kick with the right. Bring the right leg down to standing, and then step back with the left leg into a back/reverse lunge, so that your right leg is doing the main work of the lunge. Repeat for the duration of time or number of reps, then switch to the other leg, where the left leg is kicking, the right leg stepping back.
