Directions
Place calf step below bar of smith machine. Adjust bar position and safety locks for height. Load weight. Step onto calf step with balls of feet in a close stance and mount bar on shoulders. Push up through balls of feet and unlock bar; raise your heels as high as possible.
Hold for one second and then lower to starting position. Repeat this movement for all reps then re-lock bar, dismount from calf step and exit machine.
