Directions
Place calf step below bar of smith machine. Adjust bar and safety locks for height. Load weight. Step onto calf step with balls of feet in a close stance and mount bar on shoulders. Push up and unlock bar; raise your heels as high as possible.
Hold for one second and then lower. Repeat this movement for all reps then adjust toes inward, repeat then adjust toes outward. When finished re-lock bar, dismount from calf step and exit machine.
