Standing with left leg centered on the bosu (upside down), grab a stick with your palms facing out at the small of your back keeping stick contact with your head, upper back, and butt. With the dumbbell in your other hand (right), perform a curl to overhead press, palm facing forward at the end of press. Keep contact points with the stick, breathing out at the top of the press. Doing this super slow will increase overall intensity.

You can do this on the floor, a folded mat, other side of the bosu, or an other surface depending on how good your balance is and whats available.
