Bosu Circle Plank

From a push up plank with a tight core, rotate the edge of the bosu towards the floor while keeping a fairly quiet upper body. The wider the feet the easier on your core. This can be done super slow to increase intensity. Breathe normal during the exercise.

Keep your shoulders back and down, and a relaxed neck and a neutral spine.
