Bicep Curl Standing With Dumbbells

In a standing position place weights in hand palms facing forward. Draw weight towards shoulder only moving the forearm at the elbow joint. Return weights to side using a full extension returning to the starting position.
Helpful tips and Tricks
Make sure you are only moving your arm at the elbow joint, do not move the shoulder forward also, this takes away the isolation of the bicep muscle.
