Bench Press Close Grip

This variation of the push up keeps the elbows in tight, feeling a pinch in your shoulder blade. You can variate the angle from easy (as in the video), to elevating your feet (much tougher). You can do this super slow to increase intensity. Breathe out at the top of the rep.
Helpful tips and Tricks
You can use dumbbells or kettlebells to relieve wrist tension, and increase range.
