Bench Lateral Hop

Putting your hands on a standard bench, simply hop over the bench, landing lightly on the feet and explode quickly to the other side. Breathe out as you jump. Focus on a quick hop to the other side as soon as you land, keeping your core tight.
Helpful tips and Tricks
Start with short sets, then increase the speed and length of your sets as you get used to the movement/impact.
