Barefoot Squat, Wide Stance

PRE-HAB Standing with your feet wider than your shoulders and your shoes off, make a squatting position sitting back into a chair. Make sure your knees do not go past your toes and put all the weight into your heels. After comfortable, lift your arms in the air and repeat the same motion. Try to keep your arms above your shoulders a high as possible while squatting.
