Barefoot Squat, Staggered Stance

PRE-HAB Take your shoes off, split your legs so one foot in slightly in front of the other. Your back toe should be lined up with your front heel. Squat keeping heels on the ground as deep as you can get without your knees passing your toes. You should be able to see your front toe the entire time doing this exercise.
