Barbell Curtsey Lunges

Using a 25-lb barbell, mount bar along your shoulders. Start from standing, and step your left leg behind you and to the right so your thighs cross, bending both knees as if you were curtsying. Return to standing, and switch sides. Perform as many reps as specified. Dismount barbell and re-rack weight.
Helpful tips and Tricks
To improve your balance breathe in & hold your breath as you curtsey forward. Breathe out as you step back. Keep your knee from going past your toes.
