Ball Taps Slow

Directions
This is a slightly easier variation of the explosive ball tap. Start by keeping a tall spine in a balanced position on your butt. Rotate the ball to the side and breathe out as the ball hits the ground. Try to keep from rounding your lower back. Use caution if this exercise causes back pain or you have a known disk problem.

You can use a heavier weight on this slow version of the exercise.
