Balanced Halo

Directions
While sitting tall balanced on your butt, grab your kettlebell medicine ball or dumbbell and form a halo taking the kettlebell around the back of the head in a tight circle. Try to keep you spine tall and not let your head come to far forward. Breathe out as kettlebell passes in back of head. Keep you gaze straight forward not down.
