Directions
This is a shoulder press made popular by Arnold Schwarzenegger. You start with your palms facing your shoulders (and hands by your shoulders) and your elbows in, then, end the movement with your hands in the air above your head and palms facing away from your body. Keep your core really tight, and don't arch your lower back. If you start to feel it in your lower back, lower the weight, and tighten your abdominal muscles.
