Probably one of the most difficult ab exercises, though the process is simple. Do not perform this exercise until you have developed a strong core and can hold a plank correctly for at least two minutes! Roll the wheel out in front of you from a kneeling position. Keep your core tight and your back supported! Go out as far as you can and use your core and shoulders to pull yourself back to starting position.
