Directions
Similar to a Russian Twist, sit with your toes barely touching the floor, leaning back slightly. Take a dumbbell (or barbell plate) from one side, lift the dumbbell over your head and take it down to the other side of your body. Then bring the dumbbell back over your head, and bring it down toward your shins, at the same time lifting your feet off the ground, bringing your knees towards your chest. Set your feet back down and repeat the process.
