180 Squat Jumps With Touchdown

Begin by squatting down and with an explosive force jump into the air and rotate your whole body 180 degrees, keeping your feet apart. Upon landing, immediately squat, keeping your chest and head up, touching your fingertips down between your legs. Push up with that same explosive force, jumping and rotating 180 degrees again, landing and immediately squatting, touching down. Try to make the movements as seamless as possible.
